Your report is yours. We built it that way.

When you upload your credit report PDF, everything sensitive happens right in your browser tab: the PDF is read, the text is extracted, and Social Security numbers are automatically redacted — all with code running on your own device. Your full, unredacted report never leaves your computer.

Only the redacted report text (with SSNs removed) is sent to our servers, which forward it to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to identify potentially disputable items. This analysis request is the only data transfer in the entire product.

• No accounts. There's nothing to sign up for, so there's no profile to build.
• No storage. We run no database of user reports. Your analysis exists only in your browser tab — close it and it's gone.
• No selling or sharing. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with marketers, data brokers, or anyone else.
• No tracking pixels. We don't run advertising trackers on the app.

The name and address you enter to personalize your dispute letters stay in your browser and are inserted into the letters you download. We don't collect, transmit, or retain them.

Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs (timestamps, IP addresses) for security and reliability — the same as any website. We don't use these logs to identify you or build profiles.

Because we don't store your data, there's nothing to request, export, or delete — you already hold the only copy. If you have any privacy question, contact us and a human will answer.

If we ever change how data is handled (for example, adding optional accounts), we'll update this page and note the change date above before the new behavior takes effect.
